About Us Our Mission is to provide those with pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary fibrosis, their caregivers and loved ones with a place to receive support in the struggle to survive pulmonary hypertension (and other lung diseases) and live a good, quality life. Our goal is to remove the fear of the diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary fibrosis from the minds of the people, their families and friends. Our
objectives are to provide people with pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary
fibrosis a positive supportive network, information and resources, advocacy and
to become involved in partnerships with other support networks, health care
providers and the community through educational awareness programs. |
